However, for what it's worth, I ran into an old High School buddy that is now a Texas Highway Patrol officer and he and some other patrolmen were eating lunch together. I asked about it and half of them agreed with you and the other half said I was right. They were still arguing about it when I left the resturant. Makes one wonder what the real skinny is, you know? It certainly gives one ammunition if you get a ticket. Just call a couple of Highway Patrol Officers to the stand and demonstrate that no one agrees!
